Directorate Changes
ABI, a leading designer and manufacturer of rapid diagnostic screening and testing products, announces a number of directorate changes as the Company seeks to streamline the board moving into 2010.
Dr. Raymond F. Akers Jr., the founder of ABI, will become Executive Chairman whilst Edward Mulhare will continue to serve on the board as an Independent Non Executive Director, chairing both the audit and remuneration committees.
Charles Bunker has resigned from the board.
These changes will be effective from 31 December 2009.
Thomas A. Nicolette, who continues as President and Chief Executive Officer, commented,
