Listing of additional shares
Sagicor has applied to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange respectively for 11,766,705 common shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").
The 11,766,705 common shares were allotted and issued in December 2009 by way of private placement to a single institutional investor in Barbados. Admission in respect of the 11,766,705 shares is expected to occur on December 31, 2009.
