Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of K3 Business Technology Group plc (AIM: KBT) announces that on 23 December 2009 Per Johan Claesson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 82.5 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Claesson is interested in 5,551,982 Ordinary Shares representing 21.8 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
