Statement re Nominated Adviser

In House Group PLC and Beaumont Cornish Limited have mutually agreed that
Beaumont Cornish will cease to be the Company's nominated adviser with
immediate effect. Accordingly, trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM
will be suspended with effect from 7.00am on 24 December 2009.

In House Group takes this opportunity to thank Beaumont Cornish for their work
over the last 2 years.
