Director's Dealing

The Company announces that on 23 December 2009 George Eccles, Non-executive Chairman transferred 120,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which he held in his own name, to an assurance vie under the terms of which he and his wife are the named beneficiaries. The transfer was affected via an on market transaction at a sale price of 6.75 pence and purchase price of 6.80 pence. 

Following the transfer of Ordinary Shares described above, Mr. Eccles's total beneficial shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 144,750 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.028per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
