Director's Share Dealing

The Company has today been informed that on 22nd December 2009, Nicholas Keegan, Non-executive Director, and his connected persons purchased 15,000 Ordinary 10p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 76 pence per Share.

Following this purchase, Nicholas Keegan has an interest in 33,750 Shares, which represents 0.16 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
