Following this transaction, the trustees hold a total of 2,010,989 ordinary shares of £1 each, representing 2.746% of the Company's issued ordinary shares. The executive directors of the Company have an interest in the ordinary shares held by the EBT as potential beneficiaries of the EBT in respect of their participation in Novae Group plc's Long Term Incentive Plans and Deferred Bonus Schemes.
