The British Land Company PLC has conditionally awarded to J-M Vandevivere, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, options over 102,017 Ordinary Shares of 25p each at 446p per share, under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, pursuant to a recommendation of the Company's Remuneration Committee, on 21 December 2009.  The options are conditionally exercisable from the third until the tenth anniversary of grant.
