Director's Dealings 

InterQuest Group plc ("InterQuest" or "the Company"), the specialist IT recruitment group was informed on 22 December 2009 that on 22 December 2009 Gary Ashworth, Chairman, transferred 675,000 Ordinary Shares to a nominee for nil consideration. There has been no change of beneficial ownership of the Ordinary Shares and Mr Ashworth's interest is unchanged following this transfer and stands at 12,542,912 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 41.0% of the Company's current issued share capital.
