BUNZL SCRIP DIVIDEND SCHEME -  ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the United Kingdom Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 188,880 ordinary shares of 32 1/7p each in the capital of Bunzl plc to be admitted to the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

These ordinary shares are to be issued as a scrip dividend alternative to receiving a cash dividend in respect of the 2009 interim dividend and dealings are expected to commence on 4 January 2010.
