VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 and further to the announcement made on 20 November 2009, we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 642,369,550 Ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 642,369,550.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
