AMZ Holdings plc ("AMZ" or the "Company")

Loan Stock Update

The Company announces that IFG Group plc, Trustee under the Loan Stock Trust Deed ("Trust Deed"), dated 22 April, 2008, has appointed Mr. Paul Shimmin of Shimmin Wilson & Co., Isle of Man, to act as the receiver with respect to the repayment of the Loan Stock. Mr. Shimmin will work with the Company to meet its obligations under the terms of the Trust Deed.
