Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Directors announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at The Croft, 87 Main Road, Blue Hills, 1685, South Africa on 31 December 2009 at 3.00 p.m. local time (1.00 p.m. GMT) .

A notice detailing the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM has been posted to shareholders today, together with a proxy form and a form of instruction, and is available from the Company's website. The report and accounts are also available on the Company's website.
