RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

At the general meeting held earlier today, the resolution to dispose of certain shares and subordinated debt held within Parkwood's special purpose companies sub-group was approved by shareholders.

Completion of the disposal is expected to take place by no later than 22 December 2009.
