Mr. Longdon exercised options over 25,548 shares under the AVEVA Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan at an exercise price of 3.33 pence per share, sold 10,578 shares at a price of £9.91 to fund the exercise cost and the resulting tax liability and retained the remaining 14,970 ordinary shares.
