Directorate Change

FTS' Board of Directors has announced that the Company's CEO, Mr. Asher Polani, will be stepping down from his role as CEO with an immediate effect, due to personal reasons. The Board has approved the resignation and wishes to thank Mr. Polani for his service. FTS' founder and former CEO, Mr. Amos Sivan, who acts as the Company's Active Vice Chairman, will act as an interim CEO, also with immediate effect.
