Jim Marsh joins the Board of Cable and Wireless plc
Cable and Wireless plc announces that, as part of its demerger preparations, Jim Marsh, Chief Executive Officer of its Worldwide business will join the Cable and Wireless plc Board with effect from 1 January 2010.
Richard Lapthorne, Chairman of Cable and Wireless plc said: "I'm delighted to welcome Jim to the Board and in so doing recognise the role he has played in turning around the Worldwide business. I'm sure that Jim's time on the Board will provide him with invaluable experience for his post demerger role".
