Grant of Options
FFastFill plc,(LSE: FFA), the leading provider of application services to the global derivatives community announces that, on 17 December 2009, a sub-committee of the Board approved the grant of options over Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company to Mr Hamish Purdey, Chief Executive Officer. The options will be exercisable between 3 and 10 years from the date of grant at a price of 8.25 pence per share. The total number of options in issue following this announcement is now 55,835,986, representing 14.07% of the issued share capital. Details of the options are as follows:
