In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC's capital has increased from 113,775,757 ordinary shares with voting rights as previously stated on November 30 2009 to 113,789,707 as a result of the issue of new shares from the exercise of share options.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC is 113,789,707.

The above figure (113,789,707) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
