Consent
The OFT, pursuant to paragraph 3 (c) of the Undertakings accepted by the Secretary of State on 17 January 2002, as varied by the CC on 14 April 2008, now gives consent to the realignment of the boundary of the middle zone of its FirstCard ticket to the north east of Glasgow as set out in the map attached to the consent decision.
FirstGroup / SBH: Request for consent under para 3(c) of the First / SBH Undertakings accepted by the Secretary of State in 2002, as varied by the Competition Commission in 2008.
