Further re: Dividend Timetable

Further to the announcement made on 11 December 2009, the Company clarifies that the following interim dividend payments have been and will be paid in respect of the year ending 31 December 2009;

• The first interim dividend of 3p per share, as announced on 9 September 2009, was paid on 16 October 2009.

• The second interim dividend of 5p per share, as announced on 11 December 2009, is due for payment on 5 February 2010.

• The directors expect to recommend, subject to shareholder approval, the payment of a third and final dividend payment of 4p per share at the end of June or beginning of July 2010.

Consequently, the directors expect that the total dividend for the year ending 31 December 2009 will be at least 12p per share. In addition to the second interim dividend of 5p per share, mentioned above, the Company has declared an interim dividend of 10p per share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2010 which is also due for payment on 5 February 2010.
