DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

Further to the announcement made on 16 December 2009 regarding the Carpetright plc 2004 Long Term Incentive Plan, Carpetright plc announces that of the award to Mr Sollesse, 1,859 shares have been sold at £9.18. The remaining 2,659 award shares are included in Mr Sollesse's revised shareholding of 42,255 shares.
