Director Dealings and Declaration

Lees announces that Clive Miquel, Chief Executive, has transferred 21,186 ordinary shares of £1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife for nil consideration. As a result of this transaction, Mr Miquel's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 72,473 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.0% of the issued share capital of the Company. 

Lees also announces that Nadia Miller, Executive Director, has become a director of Hillview Developments Limited ("Hillview"), the landlord and owner of the premises at Cambuslang Investment Park (the "Cambuslang Premises") occupied by The Waverley Bakery Limited ("Waverley"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Waverley's use of the Cambuslang Premises is subject to a lease agreement between Waverley and Hillview, which is dated 10 January 2003 and terminates on 31 January 2015.
