Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

OPD announces that the Circular relating to the sale of Odgers has today been posted to  Shareholders.

A General Meeting of the Company has been convened for 9.00 a.m. on 8 January 2010, at the offices of Stephenson Harwood, at One, St Paul's Churchyard, London EC4M 8SH.

The Circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
