Result of General Meeting

Timetable for cancellation of admission to AIM

The Company is pleased to confirm that all the resolutions were passed at the general meeting held earlier today.

Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM in the Company's shares will be effective as of 7.00 a.m. on 31 December 2009.

The Company's shares will continue to be listed on Euronext Amsterdam.
