D1 Oils plc ('the Company') announces that pursuant to the exercise of options, it has allotted 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company. These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares in the Company, and have been allotted to a former officer of the Company who is not subject to any regulatory restrictions. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on 23rd December.
