smartFOCUS and Initiatives & Developments (Group ID) sign partnership agreement to develop loyalty management and CRM market


smartFOCUS' multi-channel marketing software added to 
Group I
&D portfolio to complete its consumer loyalty management solution 


 

smartFOCUS Group plc (AIM : STF) ("smartFOCUS", the "Company" or the "Group"), a leading multi-channel marketing software group, has signed a partner agreement with leading global loyalty marketing specialist, Initiatives & Developments (Group ID), under which Group ID will integrate, operate, and resell the full smartFOCUS Intelligent Marketing software suite as part of its loyalty management solution to its European customers and prospects. 

Paris-headquartered and listed on the Euronext market, Group ID is an expert in the development of consumer loyalty management solutions and customer relationship management (CRM) programmes. The company designs, creates and executes loyalty and CRM initiatives for some of the leading companies across Europe, including Carte Bleue VISA, l'Oréal, Microsoft, British Telecom and Havas Voyages, bringing together purchasers, communities and partners through its technology, consultancy and processes.
