                              Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of shares as announced on 11 December 2009, the Company's
issued share capital now consists of 104,099,198 ordinary shares of 0.01p each,
none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights
in the Company is 104,099,198. The number of shares in issue stated in the
announcement on 11 December 2009 was incorrect due to an administrative error.

The above figure of 104,099,198 may be used by shareholders in the Company as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the
share capital of the Company.
