subsequently been sold at 286.5 pence per share.

Mr  Wilkinson's interests in the issued share capital of the Company are now  as

Mr  P  E  Hadsley-Chaplin, a director of the Company, has today  acquired  7,500
shares  at 286.5 pence per share representing 0.014% of the issued share capital
of the Company.

Mr  Hadsley-Chaplin's interests in the issued share capital of the  Company  are
now as follows:

Beneficial:  848,865 shares of 10p each
Non-beneficial:  57,237 shares of 10p each
Options:  1,150,000 shares of 10p each

Mr  P A Fletcher, a director of the Company, has today acquired 7,500 shares  at
286.5  pence  per share representing 0.014% of the issued share capital  of  the
Company.

Mr  Fletcher's interests in the issued share capital of the Company are  now  as

Non-beneficial:  51,361 shares of 10p each
