The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") held today shareholders voted in favour of all the resolutions.

The Directors of Noble are pleased to announce the following: "Our businesses have made an encouraging start to the year. The Company has conducted five successful auctions in the year to date and we look forward to our January auctions where we have some excellent consignments."
