The Company was notified on 26 October 2009, pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that Royal Bank Ventures Investments Ltd no longer had a notifiable interest in the Company.

The above change in holding resulted from the issue of new ordinary shares in the Company on 23 October 2009.
