Intelligent Environments Group plc, the online software provider for the consumer banking market, announces that Phillip Blundell, Chief Executive, today acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 8p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Blundell's holding stands at 1,085,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.66% of the issued share capital of the Company.
