ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on December 14th, 2009 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:
32000 Ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share
3000 Ordinary shares at 47 pence per share
15872 Ordinary shares at 74 pence per share
2500 Ordinary shares at 80.5 pence per share
1650 Ordinary shares at 94.75 pence per share
6000 Ordinary shares at 100.5 pence per share
361905 Ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share
194300 Ordinary shares at 125 pence per share
191131 Ordinary shares at 132.5 pence per share
Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 60,888,394
Ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,283,167,302.
