ThirdForce announces that Mr. Mike Newton, Ms. Carol Clark and Mr. Edwin Robinson resigned their positions as Non-Executive Directors of the Company on 11 December 2009 following LearnVantage announcing that all of the conditions of its Offer have been satisfied or waived and that accordingly its Offer is declared unconditional in all respects. 

The Board wishes to thank Mr. Mike Newton, Ms. Carol Clark and Mr. Edwin Robinson for their excellent contribution to the development of the Company and wishes them well for the future.
