Issue of Share Options
On 9 December 2009 the Board agreed to grant options over a total of 215,000 ordinary shares in the Company under the rules of the Mount Engineering Plc Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Scheme. The options granted included an award of 110,000 options to David
Stanham, a director of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of 53.0 pence per ordinary share and are exercisable between 3 and 10 years following the date of issue. The share options are subject to certain performance criteria.
Following the grant of options above, David Stanham is interested in options over a total of 325,000 ordinary shares and 375,000 ordinary shares.
