AIM listed Milestone, the provider of digital media solutions and
technology, is pleased to announce that Guy Christopher van
Zwanenberg FCA C.Dir., has been appointed as the Company's Finance
Director with immediate effect.  Guy has been acting as chief
financial controller since February this year.

Guy, aged 55, qualified with Thornton Baker (now Grant Thornton), and
went on to work with a number of companies including Inmac UK, the
leading computer accessories supplier.  In 1991 Guy established VZ
Limited to provide financial consultancy services to small to medium
sized enterprises.  Guy was the Finance Director of GamingKing plc, a
supplier of lottery vending machines to clubs, from 1998 to 2006.  In
2008 Guy project managed the reverse takeover by GamingKing plc of
the amusement machine supplier, Orb Holdings Limited, to create the
enlarged gaming services group, Sceptre Leisure plc, where he
continues to serve as a Non-executive Director and Company Secretary.

Following Guy's appointment the Board of Milestone comprises John
Sanderson as Non-executive Chairman, Deborah White as Chief Executive
and Guy van Zwanenberg as Finance Director.
