Tessa Bamford Non-Executive Director acquires further shares

In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.2 Barratt Developments PLC (the "Company") has been notified today that, Tessa Bamford, Non-Executive Director, has acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £1.15 per share, in London, today, being 0.0005% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the above purchase, Tessa Bamford holds 15,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company representing 0.001% of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.4.
