TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc purchased into treasury 34,000 ordinary shares at 652.0 pence per share on Friday 11th December2009

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 48,713,323 including 1,952,670 held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 15.09%.
