                             Exercise of Warrants                              

Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 140,000 ordinary shares in the
Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants.

A total of 140,000 warrants were exercised at a price of £0.08 per share.
Aggregate funds of £11,200 have been received by the Company.

Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on
AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 17 December 2009. Following
admission there will be 156,542,947 ordinary shares in issue.
