At the Company AGM held earlier today the results of the polls on Resolutions 6 and 7 were as follows:-

Resolution 6 Section 570 Authority - Special Resolution

For the Resolution 15,495,532,968 (58.95%)

Against the Resolution 10,789,380,463 (41.05%)

The Resolution was defeated

Resolution 7 Adoption of New Articles - Special Resolution

For the Resolution 18,637,963,019 (70.89%)

Against the Resolution 7,652,203,361 (29.11%)

The Resolution was defeated

All other Resolutions were passed
