Announcement of option exercises and share sales by PDMRs

ARM Holdings plc (the "Company") announces the following dealings by PDMRs:

On 9 December 2009, Lance Howarth exercised an option over 60,000 shares at a price of 105.5 pence per share and sold the shares at an average price of 170.08 pence per share. His total shareholding is now 799 shares.

On 10 December 2009, Ian Drew sold 31,224 shares at an average price of 174.23 pence per share. His total shareholding is now 0 shares.

On 10 December 2009, Philip David exercised an option over 192,000 shares at a price of 125 pence per share and sold the shares at an average price of 173.01 pence per share. He exercised a further option over 121,288 shares at a price of 105.5 pence per share and sold the shares at an average price of 172.11 pence per share. His total shareholding is now 35,255 shares.

On 10 December 2009 Patricia Alsop exercised an option over 75,000 shares at a price of 80.5 pence per share and sold the shares at an average price of 173.37 pence per share. Her total shareholding is now 118,671 shares.
