                       Exercise of Options and Warrants                        

Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 750,000 ordinary shares in the
Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of options and warrants.

A total of 550,000 options were exercised at a price of £0.10 per share and a
total of 200,000 warrants were exercised at a price of £0.08 per share.
Aggregate funds of £71,000 have been received by the Company.

Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on
AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 16 December 2009. Following
admission there will be 156,402,947 ordinary shares in issue.
