ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on December 9th, 2009 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

17329 ordinary shares at 94.35 pence per share

14574 ordinary shares at 102.64 pence per share

97782 ordinary shares at 125 pence per share

2500 ordinary shares at 118.75 pence per share

1000 ordinary shares at 116 pence per share

12500 ordinary shares at 114.75 pence per share

189250 ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share

3082 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share

7000 ordinary shares at 50 pence per share

62000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share
