DISPOSAL OF INTEREST IN JJB SPORTS PLC

JD Sports Fashion Plc (the "Group"), the leading retailer of sport inspired and fashion apparel and footwear, announces that it has today disposed of 65,018,098 ordinary shares in JJB Sports PLC at a price of 25 pence per share.

The Company no longer holds any shares in JJB Sports PLC.
