Empresaria was notified on 8th December 2009 that Miles Hunt, Chief Executive, has transferred 180,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to European Pensions Management Limited in respect of Mr Hunt's Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 39.875 pence per share. However, Mr Hunt's beneficial holding in the Group remains unchanged at 3,963,092 shares (representing 8.89 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company).
