The Company announces that it received notification that following a disposal of 49,899,996 ordinary shares in the Company, on 30 November 2009 Energiser Investments plc now holds 100,004 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the total issued share capital of the Company and accordingly Energiser Investments plc no longer holds a disclosable interest in the current voting rights of the Company.
