Re: Appointment of Joint Broker

The Board of Mediterranean Oil & Gas Plc (AIM: MOG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ambrian Partners Limited as Joint Broker to the Company alongside W.H. Ireland Limited with immediate effect.

 Sergio Morandi, the Company's CEO, stated:

"We are very pleased to appoint Ambrian Partners Limited ("Ambrian") as Joint Broker to the Company. We will work closely with Ambrian, as we further develop our profile with investors, communication with existing shareholders, and in turn, identify optimal financing solutions required to achieve our objective of becoming a medium sized oil and gas producer in Italy and the central Mediterranean region."
