The Company was notified on 8 December 2009 that Eurocom Investments LP ("Eurocom") had purchased 430,046 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at NIS 165 (equivalent to approximately 26.53 pence per share). Eurocom now has an interest in 9,847,277 Ordinary Shares, representing 16.63% of the issued share capital and of the Total Voting Rights of the Company.
Alex Rabinovitch, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is a director of Eurocom, part of the Eurocom Group. In addition, Or Elovitch, also a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is Executive Vice President of Business Affairs and Investments for the Eurocom Group.
