St Helen's Capital received notification, on 4 December 2009, from Hargreave Hale Limited ("Hargreave Hale") that, on 3 December 2009, it disposed of 5,047,636  ordinary  shares of 5.0 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 11.81 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company was also informed, on 4 December 2009, that John Pither, Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 5,047,636 Ordinary Shares, at a price of 1.88 pence per Ordinary Share, representing approximately 11.81 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following these transactions, John Pither is now interested in 7,037,318 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 16.46 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, and Hargreave Hale is now interested in 1,050,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.45 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.
