In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following:

At close of business on 30 November 2009 the Company's issued capital consisted of 806,849,284 Ordinary shares of 10p each.

Therefore, the total number of current voting rights in the Company was 806,849,284.

The above figure (806,849,284 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
